Day 1, Transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park
You will have breakfast in the morning at your Hotel and then transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park. You will stop at the Equator for photographs and later on proceed to Queen. You will reach the park in the early evening which may reward with the opportunity to carry out the evening game drive and seach for game animals like Lions, Elephants, Hyenas, Leopards and antelopes. Dinner and overnight night at Mweya Safari lodge
Day 2, Game drive and launch cruise
Have an early morning game drive in this park, which will provide you with excellent opportunities to see Lions, Leopards, Giant Forest Hogs, Cape Buffaloes, Elephants, Defassa Waterbucks, Uganda Kobs, Topi and Bush bucks and many more. Return to the lodge for lunch and after, enjoy the unique 2-hour boat cruise on the Kazinga Channel and into Lake Edward. This trip passes through possibly the highest concentration of Hippos and many animals may be seen drinking at the water’s edge. The launch cruise offers an excellent platform for photography, bird watching and game viewing. The prolific bird life is colorful and stupendous with well over 550 resident species. Day 3, Chimpanzee tracking and nature walk
Early after breakfast, go to Kyambura gorge for chimpanzee tracking. This will reward you with the opportunity to see other primates like colobus monkeys, baboons and many more. Return to the lodge for lunch to and then go for site viewing in the crater lakes region. Here you will visit Katwe salt works for a glimpse into the local salt production methods. Dinner and overnight at Mweya safari lodge
Day 4, Transfer to Lake Mburo National Park
After breakfast, drive to L. Mburo NP. The park has many ecosystems which include swamps, wetlands, wooden savannah and forest. As you enter the park, look out for Leopards, Zebras, Elands, Buffaloes, Impalas, Hippos, Roam Antelopes, Bush bucks, Hyenas, and many more. You will have lunch and embark on a boat ride on Lake Mburo to view Crocodiles, Hippos, Pelicans, and Fish eagles, Herons, the rare Shoebill stork, cormorants, Pelicans and many more. Dinner and overnight at Mantana tented camp/ Mihingo luxury Lodge
Day 5, Transfer back to Kampala
Have and early morning game drive for more game animals and then later return to the lodge for late breakfast. After this transfer back to Kampala reaching in the afternoon.
